This program consists of everything you need to know and do to conduct a successful job campaign: We will review common job search topics listed below as well as address the issues that job seekers need to address in order to stand out in during a down market.

Workbook and reference materials included.

  • How to prepare for or get over being laid off
  • Develop a job search strategy that supports the most effective use of your time
  • Learn how to find jobs before they are posted publicly
  • Review and critique of your resume by an experienced recruiter
  • Create a vision of your next job opportunity
  • Identification of strengths and weaknesses and how to address these in an interview
  • Create effective cover letters
  • Preparation of  responses for interview questions that you dread being asked
  • Learn to recognize and effectively use your natural network to source opportunities
  • Turn your references into your sales team
  • Interview skills Improvement –techniques and preparation

Program Duration:

A typical Program runs for three months - with two meetings per month

 

 You will enjoy the process of setting up your job search plan and then benefit from on-going support for 'real-time' guidance.
