For over ten years, Mary has coached hundreds of clients through leadership enhancement programs.  She also has helped many with successful job search campaigns and career advancement issues. 

Her background includes having worked in small start-ups and Fortune 500 companies as a Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Director, Change Manager and Contract Recruiter.  This in-house experience is invaluable to all clients seeking to advance their skills and impact. 

Mary has her B.A. in Management from Boston College ('go Eagles') and her M.A. from Andover Newton Theological School (for her own personal growth and values exploration!)  She holds several HR certifications, is a graduate of the first coaching institute Coach University and is a trained leadership development coach, Career coach and Facilitator of the popular 'Get Hired Now' tm program.

Over the last several downturns in the economy, Mary has continually been able to support and encourage clients to maintain their positive attitudes, actions and achieve results faster than they could have on their own.  Positive and strong leadership skills are more important now than ever.

Ninety five percent of her career clients have landed positions within 3-6 months of working with her.  The other 5% didn't do their homework!  That happens.  Their choice.
